In January 2023, Scott Marschall assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, ushering in an era of visionary leadership characterized by a commitment to innovation and expansive growth initiatives.
Scott's journey within the organization commenced in 2003 when he joined the esteemed capital sales team, swiftly rising through the ranks to assume the pivotal role of Division Manager in 2013, a testament to his exceptional leadership acumen.
Prior to his esteemed tenure at MISCOwater, Scott distinguished himself as a consulting engineer at prestigious firms such as Wright Water Engineers and Brown & Caldwell, culminating in the respected attainment of a professional engineer’s license, underscoring his commitment to excellence.
Scott's academic foundation is anchored in a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the esteemed University of Pennsylvania, where he collected a four-year tenure as a letterman on Penn’s Division 1 wrestling team, showcasing not only his academic prowess but also his exceptional dedication and achievements in athletics.
