Senate Bill 1383, in the state of California, is the statewide effort to reduce emission of short-lived climate pollutants (SLCP). Of particular interest to the wastewater industry, the law targets the reduction of statewide disposal of organic waste by 50% in 2020 and by 75% in 2025.
One innovative solution for addressing SB1383 is with Bioforcetech’s sustainable biosolids technology. The Bioforcetech system transforms digested or undigested dewatered sludge, as well as any other type of organic waste into a useful biochar at net zero energy. Their P Series pyrolysis machine carbonizes material in a self sustaining process while producing thermal energy for beneficial re-use. Utilizing this thermal energy, their BioDryer dries feedstocks by cultivating bacteria rather than with costly manufactured heat. This efficient system results in an excellent quality locked carbon biochar full of potential.

We are a landfill operator receiving about 500 ton per day of MSW. Kindly email us details of your machine suitable for converting such waste into biochar and energy. Appreciate if you can indicate the cost of the unit including installation in Malaysia.
