Spiral Scrapers

The spiral skimmer has a complete 360 degree spiral to more effectively remove material from the liquid surface. The rubber blades revolve to lift the scum from the surface and discharge it into a scum trough located immediately behind the blade. A curved metal or concrete beach is also recommended to assure positive pickup. A screw conveyor or an additional flush water source are required to remove the scum from the trough.

Suction Header Circular Clarifier

Circular clarifier using suction headers provide rapid, uniform removal of final clarifier flocculent sludges.
